For boaters, Sardinia boasts a number of popular marinas, including the Marina di Porto Rotondo and the Marina di Porto Cervo.

Both offer a range of facilities for boaters, including mooring, fuel and boat maintenance services. From these marinas, visitors can explore the stunning coastline and its hidden coves, as well as venture further afield to the nearby islands of Corsica and the smaller Maddalena archipelago.

For snorkellers, Sardinia is a paradise. The waters around the island are full of colourful coral formations, teeming with a variety of marine life. The best snorkelling spots in Sardinia include the La Maddalena archipelago, the Marine Reserve of Capo Carbonara, and the Isola Asinara. All offer an incredible variety of sea life, from colourful fish to turtles and dolphins.
