About This Yacht


42 Ft Ile Disko Sailing Yacht designed by Gilbert Caroff and manufactured in 1992, equipped with Perkins 80 HP engine.

Around 1980 the Architect Gilbert Caroff was commissioned in Paris to build a sailboat for the Artic Sea.

The hull of the Ile Disko (named after a Groenland’s archipelago) was made of steel, 12.70 meters of the boat equipped with a lifting keel, strong enough to withstand the toughest sea conditions.

Ever since about 200 more hulls were made using this durable method.

Dimensions: Length 12.7 m, Beam 4.24 m, Draft 1.50 – 2.70 m

Accommodation: 2 Cabins with double bed, 2 Bunk beds, 3 beds in the Saloon, 2 Toilet – 1 with shower, Workroom

Equipment: Refrigerator / Water – Heater, Inverter, Eco – GPS, Radar – VHF, Stereo,  Tender with outboard 10 hp

Trip Details

With this beautiful sail yacht, you will visit the most spectacular places in the archipelago, famous for the fantastic colors and transparency of the water.

You will be able to anchor in the small lagoons of the Piscine Naturali, between Santa Maria, Budelli and Razzoli, where the water is truly transparent.

This sailing yacht is a historic Palau boat that, according to current regulations, adopts the leasing system.

We always recommend our skippers as they are good connoisseurs of the area.

This sailing yacht is very comfortable and safe, it will take you to the quietest and most secluded coves there are in Sardinia.
