If you prefer to embark or disembark closer to your private villa or hotel resort, just ask! We can easily arrange a custom delivery point (extra cost, calculated transparently based on fuel).

If Mother Nature throws us heavy rain or dangerous winds, we will first try to reschedule your day; if that's not possible, you will receive a full refund.
