If you wish to be picked up directly from your specific resort or private villa dock, just ask! We can arrange a custom delivery point at an additional cost, calculated transparently based simply on fuel consumption.

To give you absolute peace of mind, we offer a 100% refund for cancellations made more than a month in advance, and a 50% refund between two weeks and a month.

If Mother Nature sends heavy rain or strong winds, we will first do our absolute best to find a beautiful day to reschedule your trip; if that's not possible, a full refund will be promptly issued. (Rest assured, we still sail if the sky is simply overcast; the water is just as magical).
