Learning how to use Stand up Paddle is simple and rewarding! Suitable for everyone and for all ages, it is a wonderful way to explore the sea and do light physical activity even in summer, with crystal clear waters under your feet and sun on your skin.
The 1-hour lesson will make you able to use at the table forever and alone!

By far, the best SUP touring experience I ever had

San Pietro island, a paradise location for SUP touring trips, but also for wave surfing discovery, considering all the option to move fast around the island, on epic spots, according to the wind and weather conditions. Very friendly and communicative people, Mario & Diana, operating the SUP activity, with high quality sup equipment, shuttle, sup lessons and offering a package of an incredible nice family owned accommodation service. Can't wait to return!
Weeks SUP adventure, exploring the island

If you are coming to Caloforte then you definitely need to try this - a great way to see the island! I booked a weeks tour with them. Each day they would check the conditions and pick the best route for us. We ended up doing most of the coastline which is beautiful and made each day different. Diana and Mario went above and beyond for us, to make sure we were having a good time, enjoying the paddling, picking the best restaurants for the evening. I had such a good week of exploring this coastline, paddling in caves, and eating way to much icecream and pasta! Would definitely recommend getting in touch with them if you are interested
Easter paddling holidays

I had amazing time with Diana and Mario paddling around the island. Mario had selected the best route for the day depending on the weather conditions and the group was kept safe. Diana was following us by the coast in the van bringing lunch to the beach we stopped. Brilliant service and very warm welcome. I am coming back and will recommend to my friends.

Wonderful SUP touring holiday of San Pietro

A fabulous week exploring the coastline of San Pietro Island, with its stunning beaches, cliffs and caves. Diana and Mario made everone feel so welcome and organised a fantastic holiday for us all on their beautiful island. They were super friendly and professional and had great knowledge about where best to paddle according to the weather conditions of the day. I learned alot from them both. Every evening we ate in lovely local restaurants and were looked after really well throughout the whole holiday. Hotel Paola, where we stayed is a friendly family hotel and a great choice. I hope to return one day to explore San Pietro another day and catch up with Diana and Mario and their lovely family.

We have heard from out friends than there is a great journey with the paddles in Carloforte, so we booked the sup trip with Sup Adventures. It was a great experience and super service from this team! Thanks a lot! Is worth to come to Sardinia just for them ;)!
